What if my items get demaged during shipping?Please inspect your order once you receive it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged and/or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged items may be exchanged only. If a return is needed please email us at shop@officepartystationery.com. Once the order and item is checked and confirmed by an Office Party staff member, your exchange request will be confirmed.
